CLOVERSHEA MCGILL
With over twenty years of coaching experience, I remain deeply grateful for the game of volleyball and all it has taught me. My philosophy is grounded in the belief that the strength of any successful team, on and off the court is built on discipline, respect, accountability, and a commitment to the fundamentals. With focus on discipline it instills structure, develops character, and fosters a mindset where athletes learn to do what needs to be done, even when no one is watching. I aim to create respect for the game, our teammates, our opponents, and ourselves. It shows in how we communicate, how we handle adversity, and how we represent our program. A respectful team culture creates trust, unity, and a deep sense of purpose. I build on accountability that is teaching our athletes to take ownership of their actions, their effort, and their role. Together we create an environment where mistakes become opportunities and leadership is shared by all. I coach with purpose to develop not just skilled volleyball players, but resilient, respectful, and team-minded individuals who carry these values long after the final whistle. I am thankful every day for the opportunity to lead, to teach, and to give back to a sport that continues to give so much in return.
